Porchtraits for Good

Hey Vermonters,

These are, indeed, crazy times. Although the spring has most certainly not unfolded the way any of us envisioned, I hope that this message finds you and your loved ones safe, healthy, and finding some positives in the midst of the challenges.

In recognition that this is a tougher time for some more than others, starting this week I will be capturing “Porchtraits” in the Shelburne area, and beyond, and donating 100% of the proceeds to the Vermont Foodbank, which gathers and shares quality food throughout the state, and which is seeing increased demand in these unprecedented times.

I will help pose your family on your porch, front steps, or a nicely shaded area around your home while always maintaining appropriate social distance and wearing a mask. Porchrait sessions will take no longer than 15 minutes, and I will provide the final image via download from my website. Pets are welcome and encouraged so long as they are leashed or keep their proper social distance too.

Porchtrait sessions are a suggested $50 per family and you will be asked to pay when you sign up with the below links. I will be donating 100% of your payment directly to the Vermont Foodbank. If you would like to donate more, or can't swing that much right now, just send me a quick email and we can adjust accordingly.

According to the Vermont Foodbank’s website, every $3 helps provide 5 meals, so your participation can help go a long way toward ensuring that Vermonters are not hungry during this time.
